I am Irma Saldana, the owner of the plant being identified and respectfully I would like you to check this post by a OSF friend who has both Stelis cypripedioides and Stelis trichostoma.

My plant looks like the trichostoma, with less hairy flowers and up-curved dorsal sepal.
Sorry that the photos came too late, but he only had time to take them yesterday.
