Phalaenopsis tetrapsis, award # 20112380, has been confirmed to be Phalaenopsis speciosa var. christiana by SITF(Oct 2011).

Depending on who you ask this is either Phal tetraspis or Phal. speciosa. In the Kew World Checkist of Selected Plant Names (aka. Kew Monocot Checklist) Phal. speciosa is accepted as a valid species. Phal. tetraspis is basically white, Phal. speciosa was described as white with different parts red-purple.
