Description: Two flowers on two inflorescences on clumping plant, leaves petiolate 2 cm, leaves 4.5cm by 1.4cm; flower yellow striped maroon basally; petals spatulate maroon; lip white stiped maroon; column yellow; substance firm; texture mate; native Colombia.
