Seven small non-resupinate flowers, two buds, three emerging buds on twelve inflorescences; eight growths with two flowers each; inflorescences emerging from base of leaves; grown on 13 unifoliate, two bifoliate growths to 18.5 cm on a 22 cm wide x 19.5 cm high caespitose plant, mounted on tree fern with sphagnum moss; leaves green, lanceolate, bifid at apex, 1.6 cm wide, 7cm long; petiole 3 cm; pseudobulb to 10cm; sepals translucent blushed, veined pale maroon; lateral sepals fused a base into cordate nectary; petals tiny, translucent; lip saccate, bright yellow; substance firm; texture crystalline.

Award Description:
Sixteen beautifully proportioned flowers and 7 buds on 23 1.5 cm inflorescences arising from bracts borne at the base of the .6 cm wide x 11.2 cm long semi-terete leaves, robust, caespitose plant mounted on a 13 x 9 cm cork slab; sepals and petals white, recurved at apex, sepals pubescent on reverse; lip white, prominent translucent nectary; substance fair, texture matte; recognized as an an attractive diminutive species endemic to the Phillippines distinct from other previously AOS-recognized species in the genus Ceratostylis.
