Maxillaria leptosepala Hook., Bot. Mag. 75: t. 4434 (1849).
This name is a synonym.
Accepted Name: Maxillaria setigera Lindl., Edwards's Bot. Reg. 31(Misc.): 30 (1845).
This name is accepted.
Distribution: W. South America to Guyana
Maxillaria leptosepala, award 20105429, has been confirmed to be Maxillaria dillonii by SITF(August 2010), with assistance of Mario Blanco and Mark Whitten.
